Caregiver Support Retreat

Set in coastal Delaware overlooking the bay, the retreat takes place in a peaceful beach house designed to support rest and renewal. Each participant will have a private bedroom for sleep, with shared bathroom facilities, creating a comfortable and nourishing environment for deep rest. With a small group of caregivers, there is space for true rest, quiet reflection, and meaningful connection.

By giving yourself this kind of care, you are not stepping away from caregiving— you are strengthening it. When caregivers are supported, they are better able to show up with greater presence, compassion, and resilience for those who depend on them.

The Caregiver Support Retreat is for parents and caregivers of individuals with neurodevelopmental conditions. It is an opportunity to heal some of the wounds that can develop from years of caregiving, and to learn how to meet ongoing challenges from a more peaceful and sustainable place— without minimizing how hard it can be.

We will also honor what is profoundly meaningful about supporting special needs individuals— the ways these individuals expand our hearts, deepen our capacity for love, and bring unique gifts into this world, no matter the level of impairment or the challenges they face.

This retreat is well-suited for caregivers who have walked through significant challenges and are seeking deeper understanding, personal growth, and a more peaceful, enlightened way of meeting the ongoing demands of caregiving— while honoring both themselves and the individuals they support.
